High Pressure Gas Cylinder Inspection

Automated systems (approximately 25 over a 4-year period) for the inspection of high-pressure gas cylinders and tubes. Four-channel longitudinal and shear wave flaw detection, in addition to a high-resolution thickness measurement. Location and sizing of ID defects. Approximate inspection time per cylinder is 2 minutes. Additional features include automated loading and unloading with failed part separation or labeling.
